My loved one has passed away. What do I do with their Petal account?

Dealing with the logistics of a loved one’s finances can be a painful task, so we’ll do our best to make settling their account as easy as possible.

Please send us a copy of the member’s death certificate, and include your full name, address, your relationship to the member, and your contact information via email to or by mail to the following address:
