Freeze your card. If you see a charge that you don’t recognize, please freeze your card right away in the Settings of your Petal dashboard to make sure no other unauthorized purchases can be made.
Give us a call. Call us immediately at 1-855-697-3825 so we can review the charges with you. If you believe the charge is fraudulent, we’ll permanently block your card, reissue a new one, and open an investigation to get to the bottom of it.
Hang tight for updates. We’ll keep you in the loop while we investigate. If we determine that a transaction is fraudulent, we’ll let you know by sending you a letter in the mail confirming the outcome of our investigation. If your card is frozen or blocked, you should prepare to use another form of payment until your card is unfrozen or a new card arrives.
Breathe easy. As long as you notify us of the unauthorized charges, you won’t be responsible for fraudulent purchases with Petal.
