If you want some time to contact the merchant, we’ll help you temporarily freeze your card. If you believe the charge is fraudulent, we’ll permanently block your card and open an investigation to get to the bottom of it.
Hang tight for updates. We’ll keep you updated while we investigate. If we determine that a transaction is fraudulent, we’ll let you know by sending you a letter in the mail confirming the outcome of our investigation. If we froze or blocked your card, you should prepare to use another means of payment until your card is unfrozen or a new card arrives.
