Payments made online or by the phone are credited on the day they are initiated as long as they are initiated before 11:00 pm ET / 8:00 pm PT.
Payments made by check are credited on the day we receive the check as long as the check is received by 5:00 pm ET / 2:00 pm PT.
If we receive a payment after the applicable cut-off time, it will be credited to your account on the following business day.
Heads up—it may take some time for the payment to be reflected in your Dashboard. Even after a payment is received, your available credit limit may not update until payment processing is complete. This could take a few days, so hang tight!
Make sure to check your available credit before making a big purchase to ensure that you don’t go over your limit.
