How do I schedule or cancel a payment?

To schedule, cancel, or change a payment, log in to your Petal account and navigate to the Payments page. Here, you can cancel or make changes to payments before the scheduled payment date.

Keep in mind that you cannot cancel your payment on your payment date.  

If you’d like to set up or change your AutoPay settings, visit the Card Features section of your Petal account.
