How do I schedule or cancel a payment?

To schedule a payment, head to the Payments page of your Petal account. You can also tap the “pay” button on your Dashboard.  

To cancel a scheduled payment, tap the payment item in your activity feed on your dashboard—you’ll be prompted to confirm that you’d like to cancel the payment.

Keep in mind that payments can be canceled up until 8:30pm ET on the scheduled payment date. Due to payment processing times, if you made a same day payment after 8:00pm ET, you’ll have until 8:30pm ET the following day to cancel your payment.

If you’d like to set up or change your AutoPay Setup, visit the Settings tab of your Petal account.
