Making payments on your Petal account is easy. You can pay:
- Online by visiting www.petalcard.com (or logging into the Petal app) and connecting a Petal-supported bank account. To make a non-recurring payment, visit the Payments page. To set up AutoPay, visit the Settings page. As a reminder, you’re required to pay at least the minimum payment when scheduling a payment online.
- On the phone by calling us at 1-855-697-3825 and speaking with our Customer Support team. Heads up, you can only make non-recurring, same-day payments over the phone using an account you’ve previously connected to Petal using the website or mobile application.
- By mailing a check, along with your statement coupon, to the following address:

Petal does not accept cash, ATM, pre-paid or debit card payments. We only accept payments in U.S. dollars.
