We take your disputes seriously and we work hard to resolve them quickly. After you notify us of the issue, we’ll investigate the charge(s). If we find an issue with the transaction, we’ll apply a credit to your account.
Either way, we’ll keep you updated during the investigation and we’ll send you a letter with a summary of our findings when it’s completed.
