You can cancel or make changes to payments before the scheduled payment date. You cannot cancel your payment on your payment date.
To cancel a scheduled payment, log in to your Petal account and go to the Payments page. Then scroll down to “cancel this payment”. If you’re able to cancel it, you can then reschedule it with the new amount you’d like to pay. If you don’t have the ability to cancel the payment in your Petal account, this means it cannot be canceled or adjusted.
