With AutoPay, you schedule automatic monthly payments towards your Petal account balance. You can schedule a recurring payment for either the full Statement Balance or the minimum payment due on your most recent statement. We highly recommend setting up AutoPay to make sure you never miss a payment!
AutoPay payments are scheduled the day your statement closes and are processed on the due date listed on your most recent statement. For example, if your statement becomes available on the 1st and is due on the 25th, we’ll schedule your payment on the 1st, but we won’t begin processing the payment until the 25th.
You can set up AutoPay during the new card activation process or from your Petal Settings page.
You can cancel and change a scheduled AutoPay payment on the Payments page. Doing so will not affect future AutoPay payments. To turn off AutoPay entirely, check out the Settings page. There, you can also find the full Terms and Conditions for either the Full Statement Balance AutoPay option or for the minimum payment AutoPay option.
