I’m a new customer, and I’d like to update my address / get my card sent to a different address than the one I used to apply.
For your security, mailing addresses cannot be changed within the first 30 days after the account was opened. If you need to update your address, you’ll need to wait at least 30 days before doing so.
If you applied using a permanent address that’s different from where you get your mail, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of your situation. We’ll block your card to make sure it doesn’t end up in the wrong hands.
I’ve been a customer for over a month and I’d like to update my address.
We’d be happy to help with that. Please send an email to email@example.com from the email address you use to login to your Petal account. Let us know both your current and new mailing address, and our team will help process that for you.
Just a heads up—if you need a new card, you’ll have to wait for 30 days after your address has been updated before we can send you a new one.
