You may be asked to upload photos of your bank statements or a voided check to make sure you are the authorized user of the bank account. Once your account is verified, you’ll be able to use it to make payments. If we’re not able to confirm your account, you’ll need to use another verified bank account in order to make payments, just make sure you’re adding a bank account that belongs to you.
If you’re having a hard time uploading your documents, run through the troubleshooting tips below:
- Make sure the text on the document you’re uploading is readable
- Make sure you get the whole document in the photo—it cannot be cut off or blocked in any way
