How do I freeze or block my card?

Temporarily freeze. If you believe you’ve misplaced your card but you may be able to find it, you can temporarily freeze your card directly in the Settings page of your Petal dashboard.

Unfreeze. If you froze your card and now want to unfreeze it, just head back to the Settings page of your Petal dashboard. Keep in mind that we can only unfreeze cards that are frozen using this feature—we cannot unfreeze cards that have been permanently blocked.

Block and reissue. If your card has been lost, stolen, we recommend immediately freezing your card in the Settings page of your Petal dashboard.  Then give us a call at 1-855-697-3825 so we can send you a new one.

Permanently cancel account. To close your account, follow these steps.
