How do I schedule or cancel a payment?

To schedule a payment, head to the Payments page of your Petal account. You can also tap the “pay” button on your Dashboard.  

To cancel a scheduled payment, tap the payment item in your activity feed on your dashboard—you’ll be prompted to confirm that you’d like to cancel the payment.

Keep in mind that payments can be canceled up to 8pm EST before the scheduled payment date. Same day payment cancellations can not be processed.

If you’d like to set up or change your AutoPay Setup, visit the Settings tab of your Petal account.
