Being a new company built using the latest technology allows us to adopt strong practices in data security. We leverage bank-level security controls in all of our processes and platforms including our mobile app, online application, and support systems. We believe your data is your data, so Petal does not share your personal information with third parties without your consent (unless we are required to by law).
If you linked a bank during the application and did not complete it or you were not approved, Petal automatically removes your institution’s connection to our third-party data provider so we can no longer access your financial accounts on an ongoing basis.
