I have a positive credit on my account. Can I get this money refunded?

Absolutely. If you make additional purchases on your card, the credit will be automatically applied to your next Statement Balance.

If you do not plan on making any additional purchases and would like the credit refunded, give us a call or send us an email—we can mail you a check or transfer the funds through one of your linked accounts.  

Keep in mind that having a positive balance will show up in your Petal dashboard as a negative amount.
