Keep in mind that payments can be canceled up to 8pm EST before the scheduled payment date. Same day payment cancellations can not be processed.
To cancel a scheduled payment, go to your Petal Dashboard and tap on the “Scheduled Payments” section. If you’re able to cancel it, you can then reschedule it with the new amount you’d like to pay. If you don’t have the ability to cancel the payment in your Petal account, this means it cannot be canceled or adjusted.
