Yes—credits to your account, such as returns or merchant credits, are not considered payments and do not reduce the minimum payment due on statements that were already issued. They will be applied to and reduce your Current Balance when they are posted, but they do not reduce the amount you need to pay in order to avoid paying interest (your Full Statement Balance).
