How do I set up AutoPay?

You can set up and manage AutoPay within the Dashboard and Settings tab of your Petal account. 

In the Settings tab you can:

  • Choose to pay your Current Balance, Statement Balance, Minimum Payment, or a Custom Amount.
  • Select the date you’d like your AutoPayment to be processed
  • Turn AutoPay on or Off
  • Review the Terms and Conditions. 

In the “Upcoming” section of the dashboard you can:

  • Cancel a scheduled AutoPayment 
  • View the status of your upcoming AutoPayments. 

Canceling or changing a single scheduled AutoPayment will not affect future payments—as long as AutoPay is still on, your payment for the next statement cycle will be scheduled automatically.
