You might receive a call from Petal if you left a message for our support team or requested a callback from a supervisor. You might also receive calls from our collections department if your account is past due.
If you receive a call from Petal, we will always tell you that we are calling from Petal. We will also ask you some security questions to confirm that we are speaking with the account holder.
Petal might ask you for:
- Your full name
- The phone number on your Petal account
- Your address
- The last four digits of your Social Security Number
- Your date of birth
Petal will never ask you for:
- Your full Social Security Number
- Your full Petal card number or CVV
- Your Petal account Password
If you are ever uncomfortable on a phone call, feel free to hang up and call us back at 1-855-697-3825. We’ll be able to confirm if you were speaking to a Petal employee.
